What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day return policy (no questions asked) which kicks in from the date of delivery.
Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pick-up for your item(s).
Please note- in order to be eligible for return, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all certificates and materials intact.
Once the item is delivered to us, we will inspect it and initiate a refund after approval. The refund will be credited within 3-5 days of the return acceptance.
What is your refund policy?
We provide a full refund for products returned within the 15-day return period. Once your return is accepted after inspection, we will initiate the refund to your bank account. The refund will be credited within 3- days of initiation.
Please note- refunds are only made to your bank account.

How do I cancel my order?
If the item has not been shipped:
You can simply log into your account on our website and click on cancel to cancel your order. Alternatively, you can also contact us on whatsApp or email to facilitate the cancellation of your order.
If the item has been shipped but not delivered:
If you change your mind after your order has been shipped, you can simply refuse the delivery once the delivery service gets in touch with you and your order will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we will initiate the refund after the parcel has been returned to our warehouse.
If the item has been delivered:
Cancellations are not possible after your order has already been delivered. You would instead have to request a return on this link
