Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the product, you can return or exchange any purchase within 15 days after your item was received. We will refund back the money, provided the articles come with all packaging intact and in a re-sale able condition. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to cancel their products and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows: 


Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations, Log in to your Starina account and go to Your Orders. You will find an option to Cancel your Order. Customer can cancel the order within 15 days and refund will be initiated within 3-5 days once we receive the return.

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. You can return or exchange any purchase within 15 days after your item was received and refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. However, Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
