How do I place an order?
You can place your order online or visit our stores in New Delhi. For online orders, simply browse the website and when you find something you like, click or tap on add to cart. Once your cart is filled to your liking, click on checkout. You will be taken to a checkout page to fill our your details and will be presented with payment options. After payment is done, your order will be placed successfully.

Can I place my order on whatsapp?
You certainly can! Tap on the link below to start a whatsapp conversation with us and we will assist you with all your queries and with order placement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept digital payments in the form on Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, PayTM and several others. We also have a COD option which is chargeable at INR 10.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes we do! You can select Cash-on-delivery as the payment method while cheking out. Please note - COD is chargeable at INR 100 which will not be refunded if the product is exchanged or returned.
Can I place a custom order?

How do I check the status of my order?
You can log into your account on our website, starina.in to check the status of your order. You can also drop us a message on whatsApp with the order number and one of our executives will help you out.
I have placed my order but have not received my order confirmation. What shall I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes takes up to 5-7 minutes due to issues such as delays in bank processing of payment, lag on the website, etc. If you have not received an order confirmation within 10 minutes of order placement, reach out to our team on +91000000000 and we will help you out.
